Welcome to the Froggie Delivery and Return guide!  We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the delivery and return information below to help guide you. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery within South Africa. For orders under R1000 a delivery fee of R100 will be charged. If you live in an outlying area or on a farm there may be an additional fee which will be confirmed with you before your purchase is made.

All orders will be delivered Monday - Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery times are between 5 - 7 days but may vary according to area.

Courier service used is RAM. The service area includes:

CBD and greater Johannesburg and Pretoria regions, including (but not limited to) Witbank, Krugersdorp, Soweto, Springs, Vereeniging, and Heidelberg.

We also deliver nationally to Polokwane, Klerksdorp, Bloemfontein and Rustenburg.

We cover most areas in Cape Town, Durban, Natal North and South Coast, Richards Bay, Knysna, George, East London and Port Elizabeth.

Once we send your purchase we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number.  No Charge on size exchanges in same style.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To refund or exchange simply email us with your order number at online@froggie.co.za
We will send a courier to collect from you.

Refunds are issued back via EFT into your bank account.  Please supply your banking details and branch code on your email to us.

There will be no additional cost if you are exchanging a size in the same style if not you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  A R100 handling fee will be deducted off of your refund or exchange to cover this. 

Should you live in the Durban area you have the option of doing an exchange or refunding your purchase at no extra cost at one of our Froggie Stores in Gateway Theatre Of Shopping, The Pavilion Shopping Centre, Musgrave Centre, Ballito Lifestyle Centre or Watercrest Mall.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Returns must be received in an unworn | saleable condition with original proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return.
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
